Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Travel Consultant to join our team in Sharjah. If you have a passion for travel, proven industry experience, and a desire to help customers plan unforgettable trips, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, etc.)
- Use GDS systems such as Galileo and Sabre to make accurate, efficient reservations
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel regulations, and visa requirements
- Respond to customer inquiries, cancellations, and changes with professionalism
- Maintain and expand a strong network of loyal clients
- Promote travel packages and recommend additional services (travel insurance, upgrades, etc.)
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate competitive pricing
- Keep accurate records of all bookings and customer information
- Assist in preparing travel promotions or offers (Photoshop skills are a plus)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of UAE-based experience as a Travel Consultant
- Proficient in GDS systems (Galileo, Sabre, etc.)
- Strong customer base and proven sales ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Adobe Photoshop knowledge is a plus
