Office Receptionist cum Cleaner

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: From AED1,700.00 per month

    • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
    • Greet and welcome visitors to the office
    • Maintain office security by following safety procedures
    • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
    • Maintain office calendar and schedule appointments
    • Support other administrative tasks as needed

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service
    • Proficiency with office equipment and software (MS Office, etc.)
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Office Cleaner: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of office premises

    – Salary (TBD), Visa and Accommodation, other benefits as per UAE Law

    Ability to commute/relocate:

    • Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
