Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED1,700.00 per month
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Maintain office calendar and schedule appointments
- Support other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service
- Proficiency with office equipment and software (MS Office, etc.)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Office Cleaner: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of office premises
