Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic AI Coordinator to support our AI and digital transformation initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for recent MBA graduates or business administration freshers who have a keen interest in technology and innovation. The AI Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to help organize, document, and support AI-related projects across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of AI projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for AI use cases.
- Liaise between technical teams (e.g., data scientists, software developers) and business teams to facilitate communication.
- Document meeting notes, project updates, and progress reports.
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on AI trends, tools, and developments relevant to the business.
- Support training sessions, workshops, or demos related to AI tools or processes.
- Maintain project dashboards and trackers for visibility and progress monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA (preferred or in progress).
- Strong interest in AI, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
