    Role Description

    This is a full-time role for a Social Media Designer. The designer will focus on creating engaging visual content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

    Day-to-day tasks include:

    Designing stories, reels, and feed posts

    Editing short-form videos for social media

    Supporting branding campaigns with graphics and templates

    Collaborating with the creative team on ideas and execution

    Ensuring all visuals are consistent with brand identity and style

    Qualifications

    Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools

    Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut is a plus)

    Experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram/TikTok)

    Understanding of branding and visual consistency

    Strong eye for layout, typography, and trends in digital design

    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

    Skills

    Creative & Technical Skills

    • Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics and short-form video edits
    • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (Figma is a plus)
    • Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut)
    • Knowledge of motion graphics/animations for Reels and TikToks
    • Skilled in layout design, typography, and color theory
    • Ability to adapt designs across different formats (stories, reels, feed, ads, thumbnails)

    Social Media & Branding Skills

    • Understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends, formats, and algorithms
    • Familiarity with content planning and designing assets for campaigns
    • Strong sense of visual storytelling for digital audiences
    • Ability to create scroll-stopping, thumb-friendly visuals
    • Experience with branding guidelines and maintaining design consistency
