Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the home healthcare division, ensuring service excellence and compliance with DHA and internal standards.
- Manage scheduling, deployment, and performance of home healthcare staff.
- Coordinate with clinical, administrative, and insurance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise procurement and logistics related to medical equipment, consumables, and patient supplies.
- Support budget planning, cost control, and vendor management.
- Lead, coach, and motivate field and office-based staff to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor operational KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in business growth initiatives, including client relations and service expansion.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in operations within the home health sector or the UAE healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in people management, procurement, and logistics.
- Strong understanding of DHA regulations and home care compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and healthcare management software.
