    About the Role:

    Battmobile is looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to drive both corporate (B2B) and retail (B2C) growth across the UAE. This role combines strategic partnership development with on-ground sales execution — ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting leads into long-term customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across both B2B and B2C channels.
    • Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, fleet operators, and business partners.
    • Generate and convert retail leads through direct sales, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
    • Conduct regular market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
    • Develop and present customized proposals and partnership solutions.
    • Achieve monthly sales and business growth targets.
    • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
    • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and reports using CRM tools.

    Skills

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally within the automotive, logistics, or service industry.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed targets.
    • UAE driving license is an advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
