Business Development Executive – UAE

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in our continued expansion.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across relevant sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and contracts to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Applicants must already hold a valid UAE residency and work permit for at least 3 months.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with AI, cybersecurity, or ERP solutions is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- The first three to six months will be a commission-only probation period, allowing applicants to showcase their skills and suitability for the role. Upon successful completion, a structured remuneration package will be offered, including a basic salary plus commission.
