We’re seeking a Chief of Staff – the strategic right hand to executive leadership – to drive alignment across innovation, partnerships, and operations.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a force multiplier for the leadership team
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across R&D, innovation, policy, ecosystem partnerships, events, and global outreach
- Translate vision into actionable roadmaps, owning execution and accountability
- Manage high-level stakeholder relationships (government, investors, and global tech leaders)
- Bring structure, foresight, and decisive execution to high-ambiguity environments

Skills
You Bring
- 2+ years in strategy, operations, or Chief of Staff roles within tech, innovation, blockchain or consulting
- Experience or strong interest in blockchain and digital assets (e.g., decentralized finance, real world asset tokenization, L1/L2 ecosystem design, stablecoin payments)
- Fluency in Arabic and expert or better English essential for regional engagement
- Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate full-time; this role operates from the UAE capital
- Self-starter, proactive, and politically astute
