Job Description:
Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure quality standards across assigned sites.
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and training on cleaning procedures, equipment uses, and safety.
Manage attendance, performance, discipline, and maintain inventory of cleaning materials and equipment.
Handle client coordination, resolve service issues, and maintain required logs, checklists, and documentation.
Skills
Qualifications:
Open to Asian and Arabic nationals, 40 years below
At least 4 years of experience in cleaning management/supervision.
Extensive knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, chemicals, safety, and hygiene standards.
Prior experience in handling a team of 8-25 members.
