Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the mall, including retail, dining, entertainment, and events, ensuring operational excellence.
- Drive financial performance, including occupancy, revenue growth, budgeting, and cost management.
- Maintain strong tenant and customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and a high-quality experience.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team while aligning mall operations with Awqaf Capital’s strategic objectives.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to Asian and Arabic nationals, 40 years below.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Retail Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of retail/mall management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Abu Dhabi only)
- Proven track record in operational management, revenue growth, and tenant/customer satisfaction.
