Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
Job Responsibilities:
The IT Support & System Administrator takes care of the user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations. They offer technical support and troubleshoot any hardware and OS problems related to server and storage devices.
· Install and configure hardware
· Set up accounts and workstations
· Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
· Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
· Upgrade systems with new releases and models
· Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
· Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies
- Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems.
- Discussing system and server upgrades with IT managers.
- Installing or upgrading Windows systems and servers.
- Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users.
- Troubleshooting system errors.
- Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors.
- Monitoring and updating the Windows codebase.
- Managing user access.
- Monitoring system performance.
- Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups.
Requirement:
· A technician diploma (2 years after high school) is enough.
· Proven work experience as a Windows Administrator is preferred.
- Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup in google workspace.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- IT System Admin: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (Preferred)
