JUNIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

    Salary: $3,000 – $4,500 per month

    We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding) to join our team.

    • Position: Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)
    • Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic from $3300 to $4500 
    •  Position: Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager (Freight Forwarding)
    • Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic from $5000 to $7000 
    •  Location: Vision Exchange (Jurong East)
    • Working hours: 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6.00 PM
    • Commission Scheme  
    • Claims reimbursement (mobile and medical)
    • Transportation allowance: Reimbursement for work-related transportation expenses
    • Performance bonus: Eligibility for a performance-based bonus, tied to individual KPIs
    • 14 Days Annual Leave

    Role & Responsibility:

    • Ability to establish, develop and maintain business with good customer relationships. 
    • Conduct sales call, customer visits to identify potential clients & target sales activities. 
    • Achieve and exceed set sales targets and ensure all business transactions meet P&L objectives.
    • Prepare quotations and follow-up on enquires.
    • Provide support to the operations colleagues when required to ensure smooth transaction.
    • Any other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • GCE O Level and above.
    • Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive – Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the logistics/freight forwarding/shipping industry.
    • Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager – Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in logistics/freight forwarding/shipping industry.
    • Strong knowledge of transportation, international business, and logistics.
    • Possess strong communication skill, self-motivated, Self-discipline, initiative, responsible & independent. 
    • Provide exceptional sales service to customers and be adept at problem-solving and providing solutions.
    • Possess of own client base.
    • Proven track record with good networking.
    • Able to travel if required.
