Job Type: Full time
Salary: $1,500 – $2,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Operate the process to meet the conditions specified in manuals/ instructions
- Operate the process equipments at site in accordance with operation plan.
- Take measures to improve production status and equipment performance on productivity and quality after approval of senior
- Patrol plant process, confirm the condition of process and equipments and report disordered matter to senior shift technicians.
- Prepare and organised patrol records
- Take a sampling for analysis of products and process evaluation.
- Report all incidents, near misses, deviation from plan and take part in further investigation when required.
- Assist in coordination of daily maintenance planning, and participate in maintenance activities and shutdown/start-up of sections.
- Provide support for maintenance group /quality control group, if any problem arises.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘N’ , ‘O’ Level, Nitec or Diploma in Chemical Engineering or any equivalent discipline
- No experience are welcome to apply
- GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level must possess a pass in Mathematics and Science
- Minimum 1 year experience in chemical plant, experience in polymerization unit and extrusion unit or a minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing plant such compounding or extrusion is advantageous.
- Possess basic knowledge of maintenance, chemical engineering and analytical procedures.
- Experience in operation via DCS systems is advantageous
- An effective team player with good communication
- Able to work shift in a fast paced environment.

- ASSESS CONFINED SPACE FOR SAFE ENTRY AND WORK
- ADVANCED CERTIFICATE IN WORKPLACE SAFETY AND HEALTH
- SUPERVISE WORKPLACE SAFETY AND HEALTH IN PROCESS PLANT
