Lead the attraction, onboarding, and development of UAE Nationals through early careers programmesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality intake and seamless onboardingRepresent the organisation at career fairs and national outreach events to promote Emiratisation initiativesAnalyse programme effectiveness and provide data-driven insights to improve outcomesEnsure continuous engagement and retention of national talent through coaching and structured development
Profile
UAE National with 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or EmiratisationProven success in managing graduate or early-career programmesStrong stakeholder engagement and programme management skillsAdept at using the NAFIS portal for sourcing candidatesExcellent communication and data reporting capabilities (Excel & PowerPoint proficiency)Previous team management experience is preferred.
