Job description
– Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively. “
– Allot maintenance tasks to the most suitable employees working in different shifts and ensure smooth operation of the organization.
– Plan routine troubleshooting and maintenance schedules of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to ensure effective calibration and functioning.
– Plan swift resolution of faults and errors by delegating maintenance tasks in each shift.
