About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Immigration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with Canadian and Australian Permanent Residency (PR) pathways, provide accurate immigration guidance, assess eligibility, and support clients through the complete application process.
This role also involves sales and consultation, converting inquiries into successful clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Canadian and Australian PR programs, eligibility criteria, documentation, and process steps.
- Conduct client assessments and determine the most suitable immigration pathways.
- Manage and guide clients throughout the entire application cycle.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, program changes, and documentation requirements.
- Handle consultation calls and follow up with leads to convert them into clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience.
- Maintain records and case notes accurately in CRM systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (any field — preference given to Business, Law, or related disciplines).
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales or client-facing experience (Required).
- Experience working in immigration / study abroad / visa consulting is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex processes in a clear and simple manner.
- Goal-oriented with strong follow-up and closing abilities.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam/Tamil) are a plus.
