Operations Coordinator

    We’re looking for a Operations Coordinator to support the smooth and efficient functioning of our studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating administrative tasks, supporting operational processes, and handling basic finance-related duties.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage daily operational and administrative tasks including email correspondence, scheduling, data entry, and documentation
    • Coordinate with suppliers for required documents, updates, and timely follow-ups
    • Assist in procurement planning based on inventory and project needs
    • Monitor inventory levels and contribute to efficient stock control and tracking
    • Calculate landed costs and assist in managing incoming goods
    • Maintain and update operational reports and Excel records for company directors
    • Provide overall support to ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations

    Who You Are:

    • Good communicator with good interpersonal skills
    • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
    • Prior experience in operations, administration, or accounting roles is a plus
    • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field
    • Self-driven, eager to learn, and capable of working independently
