    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal assistant at Real Estate Dubai located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The PA will be responsible for providing personal assistance, executive administrative assistance, communication, diary management, and clerical skills to support the real estate team in their day-to-day operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Administrative Support:

    – Manage and maintain the Managing Partner’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate

    appointments.

    – Handle email correspondence, prioritizing and responding to inquiries on behalf of the Managing Partner.

    – Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.

    – Assist in managing and organizing contracts, legal documents, and property-related files.

    – Conduct market research and prepare briefing materials for real estate meetings.

    2. Communication & Liaison:

    – Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Partner and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and investors.

    – Coordinate communication with real estate agents, legal teams, and financial institutions.

    – Organize travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries for business trips.

    3. Personal Assistance:

    – Manage personal tasks, including errands, personal appointments, and reservations.

    – Assist with personal projects and provide support for the Managing Partner’s family as needed.(availible 24/7 via phone and for tasks that come up, this is a flexible role)

    4. Project Management:

    – Assist with ongoing real estate projects by tracking deadlines, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

    – Provide support in preparing budgets, timelines, and deliverables for property developments and transactions.

    Qualifications:

    – Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in Administration, within the real estate industry.

    – Knowledge of RERA regulations and the Dubai REST app to create forms A/B and contract F.

    – Familiarity with local property portal algorithms and scoring systems (e.g., Propertyfinder, Bayut) to optimize listings and property visibility.

    – Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of various software platforms and the ability to create

    automations (e.g., Monday.com, Pipedrive, etc.).

    – Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

    – Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    – Proficiency in MacOS and real estate management software (e.g., Propertyfinder, CRM systems).

    – Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and meet tight deadlines.

    – Flexibility and willingness to handle personal errands when required.

    – 1 Year+ Dubai real estate administration department.
