Personal Assistant

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month

    Key Responsibilities:

    – Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and speech.

    – Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for daily tasks and reports.

    – Confident using Google Workspace for email, calendar, and scheduling.

    – Skilled in managing files via Google Drive and other cloud platforms.

    – Keeps systems organized with clear file naming, folders, and version control.

    – Supports team workflow with shared calendars and resources.

    – Detail-oriented and thorough in reviewing documents.

    – Proactive, reliable, and takes initiative without needing reminders.

    – Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    – Minimum 3 years of experience

    – Based in Dubai
