The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality health and personal care services to VIP patients in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner — ensuring safety, dignity, and continuity of care throughout the patient journey
You will be responsible for delivering care in private residences, holiday homes, and luxury hotels across the UAE and internationally
This includes gathering and communicating relevant clinical information to the medical team, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, and cultural sensitivity

Skills
Who You Are
- Licensed Registered Nurse
- Fluent in English with excellent spoken communication skills
- Experienced in managing VIP or executive-level patients
- Skilled in patient interaction, discretion, and clinical documentation
- Able to travel extensively across the Middle East, Europe, and North America at short notice
- Must hold a passport from the UK, EU, North America, Australia, or New Zealand (due to visa requirements)
- Committed to excellence in personalized care
- Adaptable and collaborative in high-standard, fast-paced environment
Minimum Qualifications & Knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- License or DHA Eligibility as a Registered Nurse (mandatory)
- BLS Certification (mandatory); ACLS/PALS Certification (preferred)
- Fluent in English (spoken, written, and reading)
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage
- Excellent computer literacy and comfort with digital health system
Minimum Experience
Proven ability to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care in diverse settings
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a practicing Registered Nurs
Previous experience of caring for high profile individuals or families
Prior experience in VIP, concierge, or executive health services is highly desirable
