Job Description:
- Oversee and coordinate the movement of raw materials, supplies, and finished products to ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and accuracy of shipments.
- Manage warehouse operations including inventory control, receiving, unloading, storage, and space planning to maintain efficiency and compliance with ISO policies.
- Supervise shipping and distribution activities, including shipment scheduling, freight planning, packaging, documentation, and approval of outgoing goods.
- Lead, train, and evaluate logistics team members while driving process improvements, enforcing company policies, and ensuring smooth collaboration with sales, production, and scheduling.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Male, 38 years old & below
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years of experience in logistics/warehousing within paints or chemical manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, inventory control, and ISO standards, with hands-on experience in freight scheduling and warehouse management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, including staff training, performance evaluation, and process improvement implementation.
