Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and onboarding of staffs
- Maintain HR records and administrative documents
- Manage and maintain scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making and project planning
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of company events and meetings
- Create and maintain accurate and updated records and files
- Perform general administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, answering phone calls, and monitoring office equipment
- Maintaining records and reordering Inventory and office supplies
- Assist in the preparation and processing of expense reports and invoices
- Collaborate with team members to complete special projects and assignments as needed
- Sourcing and coordinating with Vendors
- Streamlining the office operations
- Ensuring the office atmosphere is neat and clean
Important Information:
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Mandatory Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as an HR and Admin Assistant or in a similar role
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant softwares
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Proactive approach and ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions
- Experience in marketing and project/program coordination is a plus
