HR & Admin Assistant

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment and onboarding of staffs
    • Maintain HR records and administrative documents
    • Manage and maintain scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences
    • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
    • Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making and project planning
    • Assist with the preparation and coordination of company events and meetings
    • Create and maintain accurate and updated records and files
    • Perform general administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, answering phone calls, and monitoring office equipment
    • Maintaining records and reordering Inventory and office supplies
    • Assist in the preparation and processing of expense reports and invoices
    • Collaborate with team members to complete special projects and assignments as needed

    • Sourcing and coordinating with Vendors
    • Streamlining the office operations
    • Ensuring the office atmosphere is neat and clean

    Important Information:

    • Working Days: Monday to Saturday

    Mandatory Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience as an HR and Admin Assistant or in a similar role
    • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant softwares
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
    • Proactive approach and ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions
    • Experience in marketing and project/program coordination is a plus

    Experience:

    • HR Admin: 3 years (Required)
