    The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    • Develops strategies for discovering and securing business opportunities.
    • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business development strategies.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives,
    • Maintains good relationships with business partners/contacts and potential clients.
    • Performs market research & analysis.
    • Being updated with trends, news, and events.

    Skills

    To be successful you will need to meet the following:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or similar.
    • Minimum 5 years business development experience, preferably marketing/advertising agency or similar environment.
    • Strong network and customer base within the UAE.
    • Proven track record of success in identifying and executing business opportunities.
    • Excellent understanding of advertising services.
    • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and planning skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
