Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Coordinatorto join our team specializing in building materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients in the construction and hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts and follow up with clients for POS.
- Timely preparation and execution of service contracts and AMCs (new and renewal).
- Maintain an active and cordial relationship with clients while efficiently and effectively addressing their concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in business.
· Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the building materials (Freshers will also be considered.)
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is an advantage.
