Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Maintain student attendance records
- Schedule appointments and manage school calendar
- Assist with school communications and announcements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in an educational setting is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in MS Office and email systems
- Friendly, patient, and organized
