We are a leading architectural and design consultancy known for delivering innovative, high-quality projects across the UAE and beyond. Our Dubai office is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team.
Position Summary:
The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design excellence and compliance with local standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage architectural design projects through all stages.
· Develop creative, functional, and sustainable design solutions.
· Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and authorities.
· Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project stages
Skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture (master’s degree preferred)
· Minimum 10 years of professional architectural experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE.
- Proven experience in leading design teams and managing complex projects
- Strong proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.)
- Comprehensive knowledge of UAE building codes, authority approvals, and construction standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
