We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect Engineer in the construction field. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, reviewing drawings, ensuring design compliance on-site, and coordinating with various departments to support construction execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop detailed architectural designs, layouts, and working drawings.
- Review and validate architectural and structural drawings in coordination with civil, MEP, and other disciplines.
- Assist in design modifications based on site conditions and client requirements.
- Participate in project planning, design presentations, and site meetings.
- Inspect ongoing construction to ensure alignment with approved architectural plans.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors to resolve design or construction issues.
- Ensure all architectural work complies with local regulations, safety codes, and quality standards.
- Provide technical support throughout the construction process and suggest design improvements where needed.
- Prepare material submittals, architectural documentation, and as-built drawings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or architectural engineering.
- Freshers can apply.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, building materials, and construction techniques.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
- Familiarity with local building codes and construction standards.
- Strong visualization, creativity, and technical drafting skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
