Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception: Warmly greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees.
- Information and Direction: Provide clear and accurate information about Sobha’s offerings, events, and locations.
- Front Desk Management: Handle incoming calls, manage emails, and maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Customer Service: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all visitors.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with clients and visitors.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is essential
- Should be flexible with working days as we have events on weekends also
