Job Description
we are looking for a skilled and service-minded temporary assistant for an office assistant/receptionist position. You will be part of a smaller but busy workplace where structure, overview and professionalism are key words.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Telephone answering and daily contact with customers and partners
- Preparation of letters and accounts according to the company’s internal concepts
- General office work and practical ad hoc tasks
Job Requirements
- You have experience with office and reception work
- You are an experienced user of WordPerfect – knowledge of this is a requirement
- You work in a structured manner, are conscientious and have a friendly and welcoming appearance.
