About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Personal Assistant to support the daily operations of Iscicle. The ideal candidate will assist in administrative tasks, billing, coordination with vendors, and stock checks at all outlets. This role involves both office and on-ground responsibilities, requiring good communication and management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle billing and payments with fruit vendors.
- Check stock availability regularly at all Iscicle outlets.
- Coordinate with outlet managers to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and messages professionally.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and basic data entry.
- Help with personal errands, shopping, and reminders for the business owner.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with basic office tools like email, spreadsheets, and calendars.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Prior experience as a personal assistant or in retail or operations is preferred but not mandatory.
